Shipping Policies

Usually items are shipped out within 2-3 business days from purchase. 


If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit only. Store credit never expires.
  • We must receive the return within 30 days from the date of purchase. If received after 30 days, the product will be returned to the customer.
  • All items or articles that are to be returned must be in the conditions in which they were sent, never used, and with all the tags.
  • In any case, returns of the following items are not allowed: swimwear, underwear (knickers, socks, tights…), hair accessories. 
  • If an item is purchased full price, then purchased again during a promotion or sale, this voids the return of the item purchased at full price and on sale.
  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.Items purchased during a sale or with a promotion are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • All orders above $100, require a signature while receiving them. 


  • We do not hold/save any sizes. Exchanges are processed when your returned items are delivered to us.
  • Customers are allowed to exchange the item only once.
  • Specialty items have red tags attached and must be returned with the red tags attached. If removed, that item is Final Sale.
  • For more convenient service, we can arrange a return for you through UPS. A fee of US$15 (for up to 5 pounds) will be deducted from your order total for this service. You can request this service through an email when raising a return.
